We ended up purchasing a Pilot and have been nothing but pleased with it. Benjamin is a highly knowledgable salesman who will point out all the bells and whistles the vehicles have but is also respectful of someone who is trying to be a bit more conservative. He was willing to stay late to accomodate our work schedules and spent extra time explaining how to use all the cars features. Brandon was great as well. He worked with us to try and keep our payments in the range we were looking for. And the finance person was thorough in explaining warranty offers but did not push us into buying the highest priced one. Even after I had a concern with the automatic door unlocks, I emailed my representative and was promptly contacted with an email AND a personal phone call, saying that he left my step by step instructions on how to do it, and was also willing to walk me through it over the phone, as if that wasn't enough, he even offered to COME TO ME, to fix the issue; although we got it working over the phone. This is the 2nd time i've bought a vehicle at this dealership. This time I had an unfortunate experience. The finance guy figured my trade in wrong and I went through the entire process, check in hand dealership. This time I had an unfortunate experience. After a few days I took a deep breath and went back. My salesman, Vernon Belford , was terrific. He was thorough with lots of attention to detail. Very personable with a great sense of humor. He is a consummate professional who knows Honda products like the back of his hand and I highly recommend him. Also kudos to Stacey and Chad in finance. In the end, I have a great car and will come back to this dealership for service and future sales. More
