We took a look at several models on the lot and Nate was knowledgeable about each one, while at the same time polite and very laid back, definitely not the experience you'd see at any other dealership. Our test drives were great with relatable conversation, and after returning to the dealership Nate was on the ball about getting us all of the specs on the vehicles we were interested in, offered us coffee and amenities while we waited and welcomed us to reach out to him if we ever had any questions in the future. My other half had just recently purchased a newer vehicle at another dealership for himself and said he almost wished he could return it just to work with Nate at Checkered Flag the customer service experience was that much better!
