I had such a stellar experience with my first Volvo that I returned to Volvo Charlotte. I always work with Frederick Gates and he is wonderful to work with. I live in Cary about 120 miles away and I don’t care about the distance. When you have a dealership you trust in service and sales, you return and are loyal. Frederick delivered our new car and spent a good hour going over the features and giving us a tutorial of features . This dealer is amazing to work with and I give them 5 stars on all fronts.
