Best service Department I have ever used. I have owned many cars through out my life and several "luxury" cars including Mercedes Benz. The 2006 Volvo C70 that I currently own is my second Volvo. First off I love and enjoy my Volvo more than any car I have owned in the past. The quality of the car is incredible, which is actually the reason that I STILL own a 2006 with 110,000 miles on it. The reason I believe that the car is running as good as the day I bought is because of the wonderful service department at Charlotte Volvo. They bend over backwards to make sure that every time I come in for service it is a pleasant experience. The Service manager Amy Clark is exceptional at providing the best customer care possible. There have been times that I have ask myself, "Do I have a NEW car or a car with 100,000 miles on it?" They treat me the same no matter what. They don't treat me like a customer but more like a family member (that they like). Any one that is in the market for a new or used car should check out Volvo of Charlotte. Most importantly IF you currently own a Volvo and need it service make it a MUST and take your car to their service department. The time that it takes to have a repair has always been remarkable and the pricing has always been fair. And be sure to ask for Amy! (The other customer reps are amazing too) More
