We set an appointment and arrived at the dealership only to see the Wrangler was cleaned and ready to be presented. The vehicle met our expectations so we then proceeded with the deal. No pressure in the dealing, Jon the sales manager presented the reason for the price and the facts with price ratings. They were right in line from the beginning. We have to say Carlos is very very professional and courteous. Jon is a class Sales Manager and very professional. If you go to Charlie’s for a vehicle purchase you have to ask for Carlos!!
