Shocked by the irresponsible and dangerous service given I took my 2007 Grand Caravan to this dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. It's an older van but well maintained and very relia I took my 2007 Grand Caravan to this dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. It's an older van but well maintained and very reliable and I was about to take it on a 500 mile trip. When I got to the dealership I drove into the service bay and then waited. And waited. I stopped some employee's and they indicated someone was coming soon. After around 10 minutes someone finally came out to help me. I said that I was surprised by the wait, especially since I had called ahead, but they explained they thought someone else was helping me. hmmm. I told the service writer that my right front tire was losing pressure slowly and asked him to have the technicians look at the tire when they rotated it. The wait was normal, when i picked up the car I asked about the tire and the writer said the technicians hadn't noticed anything. I got a multi page report from the dealership about all the items they had checked. I showed my wife the report, we both felt better about our long trip knowing our car had been inspected in detail. They told me the upper, middle brake lamp on the van was burned out, they estimated $130. to fix it. I went to the auto parts store, got the bulb for $6., and fixed it myself in less than 5 minutes. hmmm The trip went without incident. Imagine my surprise when a few days later the tire in the same location began to lose air. They hadn't rotated it! I jacked the car up myself and pulled the tire. On the inside edge of tire was the cause of the slow leak, the silver head of a large screw that was imbedded in the edge of the tire. Really obvious to anyone that cared to look. And now I wonder if they inspected anything. Did they change the oil filter, or even the oil for that matter? It's really troubling to trust your safety to a garage and have them violate that trust. More
