Service was completed as projected (I waited). The facilities for customers are clean, well arranged and comfortable. Lease gone wrong Chapman Dodge Dealership 3800 N 89th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85251 My husband and I signed legal documents in a financial office for a new lease Chapman Dodge Dealership 3800 N 89th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85251 My husband and I signed legal documents in a financial office for a new lease on a 2018 Dodge Challenger on Jan. 3rd 2018 and my husband drove this vehicle and still has this vehicle in his possession new plate and all as we speak, car insurance too. So the dealership finance person reaches out to us a couple of weeks later asking for proof of income (taxes). Now keep in mind we thought everything was done when we picked the vehicle up and signed papers. So my husband sends two years of tax statements to Ronnie in finance and Ronnie never gets back to us to make sure the deal was completed the deal we thought was completed on Jan 3rd when we signed the legal binding lease agreement paperwork, the same kind of paperwork me and my husband having been signing for years in MI on more that 10 cars.... Pushing forward my husband finally after a couple weeks reaches Ronnie because my credit was ran more than four times by the same dealership and Ronnie states that the deal didn't go through and we were denied? So my husband is confused as to why the deal fell through and why they are running my credit still with NO AUTHORIZATION to do this!!! And I just found out they were running his credit as well with NO AUTHORIZATION !!! There has to be some legal recourse here, they have now affected my Credit Score in several ways. What type of dealership just do that? We are talking about Chapman Dodge Dealership in Scottsdale AZ. This has been in my 15+ years of leading thee most unprofessional experience ever!! I will not ever recommend this dealership and I feel that something should be done! Can anyone please submit suggestions? Oh for the record Ronnie hung the phone up on my husband because he wanted to close the deal out and still hasn't arranged for someone from the dealership to come get the car! More
