Made an appointment on mon march 15th to get 3 small items checked on my 2017 2500 duramax truck, soonest appointment was for friday march 19th at 8:30am. didn't hear anything on friday or saturday so w items checked on my 2017 2500 duramax truck, soonest appointment was for friday march 19th at 8:30am. didn't hear anything on friday or saturday so when I finally got ahold of my service writer I was told the truck had not even been looked at yet stating that I was next in line, at this point I opted to pick up the truck and take it to Midway chevrolet for the repairs. Chapman knows how to make the appointment they just don't know how to keep the appointment.Very disapointing to say the least, won't be recomending Chapman to anyone for service work. More

I bought a used certified equinox 2020. Did not receive a 2nd FOB key. After 28 days the second FOB key came in. Scheduled a appt. 2 days ago. At the dealership Cassandra is telling it going to take 2 hrs to 2nd FOB key. After 28 days the second FOB key came in. Scheduled a appt. 2 days ago. At the dealership Cassandra is telling it going to take 2 hrs to program the key - they have to call General Motors for the code. I looked online and it says it should only take 20 minutes to program a new FOB key. I hope this it not a indicator of future service appointments for simple repairs. She did offer me a LYFT ride back home. I declined but still a 2 hr wait to code a new fob key. More
