Terres was great! Great attitude! Very positive! She was straight forward and "whitepapered" the value of purchasing a BMW as opposed to other car manufacturers and specifically her dealership. The cars were to be delivered to your auto mall location and the meeting was to be between 9 and 9:30. We drove up from Tucson only to find he was not there nor were the cars. Your staff was very good about trying to help us and locate both cars and Mr. Ferranra. Don King stepped in and really saved the deal. We ended up purchasing the SLK due to him. Had it not been for his wonderful salesmanship, we would have left. Our rating reflects both of the experiences. I think the thing we liked about him the most is that he is a true salesman, too many times now you always deal with numbers too much and you don't get sold, he could teach a lot of people how easy it is to sell a car.
