Our experience was great.We live in N.C. and traveled to Tn.and Champion Chev. because of the large selection. We were greated by Lloyd Fleenor in sales and we could not have asked for a finer man. Only a few problems - didn't get everything that was promised - next time I will double check the sign-off and not trust to word. Had to take the vehicle in 3 times for a total of over 10 hours costing me money through gas and time as I live so far from the dealer - and come to find out they say it was a loose wire? I would think there would be a little more tech behind the wheel? There was nothing about compensation for my costs even though this was under warranty! They did wash it one time for me because I had to wait so long. Overall, they seemed to do their best they knew how. More
