Other than the "IA" appointment arrangements, I was very pleased with the services provided by your service department. A week and half before the appointment, when I was trying to get an appointment, I had pleased with the services provided by your service department. A week and half before the appointment, when I was trying to get an appointment, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with your automated system. It made me an appointment for twelve noon on a Saturday. And your service department takes their lunch breaks at noon, so we sat in the waiting room for an hour with nothing happening. Not my idea of fun! More

The last two visits have been subpar. I took it in for a repair, ended up taking to another dealer to actually get the item fixed. Service has REALLY gone downhill the last couple years. It takes a couple hours for a simple oil change, there's very little communication when your car is in the shop, and they don't even START the servic It takes a couple hours for a simple oil change, there's very little communication when your car is in the shop, and they don't even START the service until you keep contacting them for an update. Keeping someone's car for weeks is NOT good. And I approved the work three times before they finally started ordering the parts. It's ridiculous. The first time some of the things I listed were never even addressed, and they weren't fixed the second time either. The cost was well above what I was quoted as well. Since the service department sucks, why would we buy any more cars from you? More
