He didn't have the color and options I was looking for so we got on the internet and found the Chevy Cruze RS I was looking for within minutes. David had the car picked up from another dealer and brought it to LaGrange and the next day I came in and test drove the car. That afternoon I bought my car and I love the Chevy Cruze RS model that I have matter of fact this is the second Chevy Cruze I have owned. Anytime I have a question(s) about my Chevy Cruze or my Chevy Silverado I know I can contact David and he is always glad to assist in getting my question(s) answered or my issues resolved. Only mistake I have made was when I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 I should of went back to Champion Chevrolet but I wasn't thinking at the time. But I do know from here on out I will only take my Chevy Cruze and Chevy Silverado to Champion Chevrolet to be serviced. I highly recommend David he is very curtious, knowledgeable, caring, professional and represents the business well. As a matter of fact I took my daughter to Champion Chevrolet and she had the opportunity to deal with David herself first hand. He took his time to explain everything to my daughter and each of the options on each car she was looking at he gave her a good trade in value on her existing vechicle where she didn't owe much on the car she purchased. We were greeted by Todd when we arrived and he already had the keys to the vehicle in his hand upon our arrival! He copied my license and sent us on our way for test drive, just my husband and I. Todd trusted us immediately to take the vehicle out on our own and that was huge for me. We had the opportunity to drive it and explore the vehicle on our own. When we arrived back to the lot, Todd greeted us again inside and we got to work on crunching the numbers. We had done our homework on this vehicle and for the miles/price, we couldn't pass it up.Through the entire experience, Todd was not pushy, he was extremely friendly and answered every question we had. Todd made this experience easy and so stress free. This is the easier car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased 4 or so vehicles from various other places in the past. I will find Patrick when we are ready to purchase my wife a new car.My experience with the finance department was also smooth as can be, Melissa was verry helpful with all my questions.And last I took my truck in for service on April 11th because of a noise in the front brakes, the service manager got me right in with no appointment and had me on my way with in a half hour.I have told all my friends about Champion Chevrolet its a little drive from my house but well worth it.
