I honestly dont know how my evap purge pump was not on warranty my gmc truck has less than 47000 miles and the check engine light came on and this part was not on warranty so I paid out of pocket 120$ the warranty my gmc truck has less than 47000 miles and the check engine light came on and this part was not on warranty so I paid out of pocket 120$ then I told them about a noise underneath the truck that they recommend me take to a muffler shop because it would to costly for me when I asked the mechanics about the noise they replied they couldn't get it to make tje noise again instead of asking me if I could show them how to , soon as I pulled out of the dealership it started making the noise I just think they were not very communicative we me as a paying customer and I still confused how the evap part was not covered under warranty More
