When I walked up I was expecting to be drug in to do the four block again instead was greeted with Awesome people. Very relaxing environment, it was almost fun to be there. Made us feel right at home. Your crew at that dealership was amazing. Berrin didn’t pressure us or make it feel like we were wasting his time. Very courteous and easy to talk to. We will be definitely buying another car there in the future. And I will definitely tell all our Friends!! I apologize I can’t remember everybody’s name. But the sales manager was awesome. There was also another guy, at the other dealership that drove us over in the golf cart from the other dealership. Then when we went back shoulders around at some of the convertibles. Great guy. However, I initiated contact and handled most of the arrangements for purchasing my new car. My husband and I are both listed on the loan and he did speak with them a couple of times when I was at work and unavailable. With that in mind, I thought it was weird when the sales paperwork came in the mail with my husband's name listed as primary.I corrected it and sent it back. After receiving the car, I got a text from the sales agent asking me to fill out a review but all emails have now been addressed to my husband. The after sale survey, the Sirius radio trial. Everything. Just my husband's name; not even ours together. It's 2019. A woman is generally considered an autonomous person. It would have been nice if they didn't default to the assumption that only the man handles the business. More
