The service department is an absolute scam. I was quoted a price of $1027 for a repair. I was sent this quote twice, an hour and a half apart. There was $13000 worth of nonsense on my quote, so I only agree a price of $1027 for a repair. I was sent this quote twice, an hour and a half apart. There was $13000 worth of nonsense on my quote, so I only agreed, and signed off, to the one repair I needed, which was the one for $1027. Three days later, they contact me and say "someone made a mistake", and the repair I needed is now $2900.... the only repair I agreed to is suddenly the ONLY thing on the entire quote that had a mistake??? Sure. Somehow, I am now obligated to pay for the mistake THAT THEY MADE. I told them I would pay for the quote I agreed upon, and they told me they would not fix my car, after THEY SENT ME THE QUOTE... TWICE. Some rude person contacted me and argued that I have to pay for their mistake. I told him I would pay what I was quoted, and he said they wouldn't do it for free.... "You're not, you're doing it for what I was quoted." He refused to fix my car, told me to come get it, and then hung up on me.... like a child. I would not recommend anyone use this service department unless you are prepared to get ripped off. More

Made 5 calls to Service and was promised return call. It has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. I gave up and called Bradshaw Acura and they answered my BMW question and directed me t has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. I gave up and called Bradshaw Acura and they answered my BMW question and directed me to mechanic to help. Very discouraging as I own a new BMW M2 Competition and am new to the area. Going outside of the region, to Atlanta, appears to be my only choice for BMW service. This will color my opinion when selecting my next new automobile. More

I stressed to her that any imperfections seen and pointed out in separate photos would be much appreciated. It was like pulling teeth to get them and when I did they were practically useless but being as the car was described in great condition with only 13k miles my wife and I took the 2.5 hour drive to find a car that had scratches all over, 3 dents in the front bumper and a half inch crack in the infotainment screen. This place is a total joke. I'm a previous Sonic automotive customer and i've NEVER received such terrible treatment. Heck I had a "VIP" appointment and when I got in no one even had a clue who I was or that I needed to be seen so we stood around until Kevin from Mini Cooper next door came to help us. Kevin was absolutely amazing but Ashyln (wasn't even present that day knowing that we had an appointment for Saturday) did nothing but waste our time and the sales manager went the extra mile to make excuses on her behalf. Lost my ish and walked away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this trifling place unless you like being lied to. Don't bother replying either with your superficial responses unless you can give us our time back. More
