We arrived early for our appointment and was still taken right away. They gave us a 2 hour time frame for the work to be done and we were pleasantly surprised that our car was ready in that time! Very dissatisfied with this dealer. I’ve had AC troubles twice with the first 3 1/2 years I’ve owned this car. First time, no leak was found, but Freon was added. Second time, last w I’ve had AC troubles twice with the first 3 1/2 years I’ve owned this car. First time, no leak was found, but Freon was added. Second time, last week, they found no leak again, but added Freon again. I wasn’t satisfied with that and pressed them to SOLVE the problem. All of a sudden, they said they found a problem and fixed it. They had the car for 2 1/2 days. Now, it cools great, but now the SYNC button doesn’t work so the passenger can control the temperature on that side. So now, I’m going to have to take it back in again to get that fixed. Like I said, I’m very dissatisfied. More
