We came to look at new cars and was not sure which car we would be happy with. David was exceptionally knowledgeasble. He asked good questions to try to figure out which car would be best for us. I am so happy with the purchase of my brand new 2011 Rav4. It is amazing!! Badr was a great salesman and so helpful and friendly. I did hope to leave the dealership a little sooner than 2 hours because I paid cash for the vehicle but again, I know Badr was taking care of more than one customer and that shows that he is very good at his job and very successful. Central Florida Toyota was the first dealership that I Central Florida Toyota was the first dealership that I visited, simply because I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota Prius, and it just so happened to Central Florida Toyota was the first dealership that I visited, simply because I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota Prius, and it just so happened to be the first dealership my dad took me to. While we were there, Mark Silva walked us around the lot, showed us the available pre-owned and new models, and answered all of our questions. He let me drive the car around by myself, and explained all of the features of the hybrid vehicle. He was the most friendly, laid-back, un-pushy salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. Since we are not at all impulsive when it comes to big-ticket item purchases, we thanked him for his help and said we'd be back. Although I’m sure he hears that phrase at least once a day, he still thanked us graciously and let us leave without any pressure or creepy sales tactics, which was exactly what made us want to come back and deal solely with him. Before we did so however, we visited a competitor’s dealership the following day “just in case” because we just felt that it was the prudent thing to do. It ended up being the most nightmarishly stereotypical horror-show car dealership experience ever. The salesmen at Toyota of Orlando were smarmy, pushy and condescending and tried to trick us with the most obvious bait and switch scheme ever. Needless to say we ran back to Mark, who led us graciously through the process of buying a Prius over what ended up being a period of about a month. I wanted a specific color and trim level that they did not have on the lot, so he had to pull all kinds of strings to get it. All of this was taking place during a time when supplies were limited on this very in-demand car. Still he labored over my particular situation, including touchy and tricky attempts at negotiations with other dealerships, in the attempt to get me exactly the car that I wanted. He even fought to secure the price I was quoted when I put down my deposit, despite the fact that the tragedy in Japan was making inventory even harder to come by—if that were even possible. Throughout the course of the month he stayed in touch with me, and always made me feel like he was keeping my situation high on his list of priorities, all the while keeping me updated of the progress he was making. When my new car finally came in (earlier than they quoted, by the way) he called me to tell me the good news and relayed it in such an excited and joyous fashion that you would have thought he were a member of my family. Every time I visited the dealership for any reason throughout the buying process (to fill out paperwork, have my trade-in appraised, etc.) he met me at the front door with a huge smile and “held my hand” so to speak the whole way through. The dealership itself is even so welcoming and accommodating that they have carts that serve free hotdogs, hamburgers, popcorn, sodas and water that you can stuff yourself with without limit if you so desire. Once I was finally in my car Mark even got me a great price on having the cloth seats replaced with leather, and referred me to the installer as if I were a personal friend. Lastly, the lovely gentleman that they sent me to in order to discuss financing, Mr. Brooks Grice, was also perhaps the friendliest, most knowledgeable, honest and forthright person I have ever dealt with in my life. He treated me like I was his own daughter, and honestly explained financing and warranty options to me so that I could pick and choose what was right for me based on my personal situation and not what he wanted me to do. And he did so in a way that never once made me feel one ounce of pressure. As I left his office he even gave me a bag of potato chips and told me, “I was all that and a bag of chips.” Call me cheesy, but compared to the total creepy jerk they locked me in an office with at the other dealership, friendliness and humor like that really carries a lot of weight with me. I will recommend this dealership, quite frankly, to anyone who will listen. I’d wear a Central Florida Toyota sandwich board if they gave me one. My fiancé and my parents will both be buying new cars within the year and it will most definitely be from Mark Silva, Brooks Grice and Central Florida Toyota. More

Mark was always helpful and he was sure he could get my truck in a few weeks. He gave me an idea what it would cost(including my trade-in)and kept me updated about my truck. My truck came in sooner than expected-that was great because we had to leave soon! We looked at the figures again after my truck came in and Mark was able to get me an even better deal.I would highly recommend this dealership and Mark Silva to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It was so nice to call the dealership with a question and talk right away to a REAL person who could answer my question ! I know I'll be back ! More

This time when we went in Dave Z. meet us out front and ask how he could help. We told him we were looking for a used truck, he took us and showed us the one they had, it was white , that was not the color for us he asked have you considered a new truck, We said we can't afford a new one,He said let me show you this one and give you a price , you think about it and let me know. We pulled out the drive about half way , talked about it and backed-up and told him we would take it. We had researched on the internet looking for a Toyota dealership that would have good reviews in the Orlando area. We found Central Florida Toyota-Scion and looked like a good place to go looking for our dealership that would have good reviews in the Orlando area. We found Central Florida Toyota-Scion and looked like a good place to go looking for our new cars according to customer reviews on the internet. We went there looking for two 2008 used cars and and we feel that John really took care of us, he is very professional, he takes the time to go look at all the cars that you want to look at the lot, we drove the cars that we liked and at the end John was able to get us a great price for both vehicles. After we drove back home my wife noticed something that she didn't like on one of the cars and we tried to call John but he was gone for the day already, we spoke to the receptionist and we thought that was going to be the end of it. To our surprise she had taken the time to call John and tell him what had happened. John called us the following morning and after talking to him about the issue he asked me to bring the car back and that they would take care of it. I have to say I was very positively surprised by this. I took the car back and they took care of everything and both cars are great now. Everyone was very nice and the whole experience was the best car buying experience that we have ever had topped off by a great customer service. We will go back to Central Florida Toyota-Scion whenever we need a new car in the future and will also recommed this dealer to our friends and family but specially we will be looking to buy our next car from John Rosario; John, we feel you really went above and beyond of what a good sales person would have ever done to take care of us and we thank you for that. More
