We bought a used vehicle from them in 2010, and renewed a bumper-to-bumper warranty (not cheap). 10 days later, the airbag light stays on. I bring it back to the dealer and I have to pay ~$65 for them to "ch bumper-to-bumper warranty (not cheap). 10 days later, the airbag light stays on. I bring it back to the dealer and I have to pay ~$65 for them to "check it out" - regardless of warranty. They tell me the passenger side airbag sensor is miscalibrated and that "we probably bumped the car into something". No we didn't. They also say that recalibrating it isn't covered under my expensive warranty we just acquired when purchasing the vehicle 10 DAYS PRIOR. Nice, guys! I ask why they didn't check the calibration before they sold me the car. They argue that they did, and we must have bumped the car. Nice! Unfortunately, our expensive warranty has to be used at their dealership... so we have to pay for them to "check it out" anytime we need something fixed that is actually covered under the warranty. We will NEVER buy another thing from this piece of crap dealership. We found the vehicle has other issues, but I'm too scared to bring it back to this crap hole and get ripped off again. More
Mr. David Zupofska was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to endure any of the unpleasant games that I've been accustomed to in many previous car buying experiences with many oth knowledgeable. I worked with Auto Advisors and my credit union who suggested Central Florida Toyota. I had previously purchased my 2003 Toyota Corolla 9 years ago when it was called Kissimmee Toyota so I was happy t suggested Central Florida Toyota. I had previously purchased my 2003 Toyota Corolla 9 years ago when it was called Kissimmee Toyota so I was happy that Central Florida Toyota was the dealership of choice since I felt the same way....that's where I would have gone first to look at cars anyway! I loved my 2003 Toyota Corolla with all of it's glorious 174,000 miles, but I knew that with a growing 4 year old boy...it was time for me to get a new vehicle. I decided to purchase another Toyota Corolla and drove away in a 2011 Toyota Corolla. Later, the next day I decided that it just wasnt roomy enough for what I needed. Wagner assisted me the following day when I returned and he guided me towards purchasing a 2011 Toyota Venza. This was a car I had never even heard of, but fit my needs perfectly. He knew I was on a tight budget but was able to work with Stuart Beal in reaching an affordable price that my credit union was able to work with me on. Todd Parks was great with the paperwork and patient with me when I realized my paper title from my old Corolla had never been sent to me. Everyone was patient with me and very gracious in their hospitality. From picking out the car, test driving it and getting the paperwork completed, my car buying experience was no hassle. I feel like I got a good deal on the purchase of the 2011 Toyota Venza, the only reason why I am rating price as a 4 is because of the trade in value I received for my Corolla. I priced it online with Kelley Blue Book for trade ins and reached a number almost twice as much as what they offered, but the price of the car made up for it overall. For the value, I feel like I received excellent service, a beautiful reliable car and a friendly car buying experience. I would recommend Central Florida Toyota to anyone looking to have a hassle free, friendly car buying experience. More

The price of my new vehicle was affordable, and the value given for my trade-in was fair and satisfactory. More importantly, negotiating for my new car purchase and for the trade-in of my old vehicle went smoothly. There was no haggling over the price or high pressure sales tactics, which sometimes occur while purchasing a car. Thank you, Central Florida Toyota! You guys are the best! More
I purchased a used Toyota Prius through this dealership and have had nothing but a nightmare ever since. It all seemed smooth at first, it was going to be registeredat my permanent address in Tennessee and and have had nothing but a nightmare ever since. It all seemed smooth at first, it was going to be registeredat my permanent address in Tennessee and all the documents were signed and mailed off. Great! I have a temp tag, and I just have to wait until my car is registered to get my real plate. A month after the sale, my bank calls. They haven't received my title. Odd, says I. I call Central Florida Toyota - Oh! they say. You forgot to sign a line on the sold pack. Well, it was signed in front of a bank clerk who reviewed it at the same time...but okay, things happen, it's possible. Let's sign a new one! Okay, they get their documents. Whoo, I say, there should be no problems now, car should be registered and title will be generated and sent to bank. I'm given temporary tag #2. Another month passes. Bank says 'title, please?' and once again I call Central Florida Toyota. Oh, they knew that the registration hadn't been processed yet because they needed a document from me. Why wasn't I informed of this prior to calling with questions...again? No answer. I'm given temporary tag #3. Please note: in the state of Florida you are allowed two of these max per the DMV. Interesting, but okay, on their heads, right? And they've put a rush on this so it shouldn't be too much longer... Isn't it amazing how time flies? Month three passes like a flash, and once again I call Central Florida Toyota to find out why my car has not been registered. This time they don't need anything from me...they've just accidentally lost my paperwork! But now that I've pointed it out to them, they'll get right one it and get this sorted out. And in the meantime, let's just put a dealer tag on this car because four temporary tags would probably be a bit much...except for the fact that (as I found out when pulled over a week later) it is illegal to put a dealer tag on a car that has been sold! Fortunately there are no tickets involved, but driving around illegally leaves me with a little bit of concern - particularly when I call Central Florida Toyota to point this out and they reply that they do this all the time, and have never heard of it being illegal. You'd think a car dealership would know these things. Finally, glorious day, the registration comes through. I have a license plate, my bank has my title and to apologize for the trouble the dealership offers me an extended warranty for my vehicle - which is great, being as it has started to act up and I'd likke to get it fixed. I sign the papers, they sign the papers, they'll send it off to Toyota corporate and (best of all!) I can use this at any Toyota dealership and can wash my hands of Central Florida Toyota forever. Except... Another month goes by and I haven't gotten any receipt or further documentation from my warranty. Hmm, I says. I'm sure that it's been filed, after all, this is simple enough, right? I go to Toyota of Orlando to have their service department check out the issue I'm having but they call for the warranty and...no records exist. What? Only the powertrain, they say. Oh. Of course, how silly of me to think this could have gone smoothly. I call Central Florida Toyota and now the brilliance of it all! The warranty (my signed contract) was never filed, because that's a 'time of purchase' warranty, not valid on a car that I've been driving for three months. Why they didn't tell me when this was noticed...again, no answer. They can give me another warranty, for the same terms, and there's still no deductible...if I go to Central Florida Toyota for my repairs. Needless to say, I'm not accepting this offer - if I have to set foot in that building again, it will only to resolve this issue, and certainly not for anything that could be considered service. More
