It was a nice environment, clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is I went on a test drive in 2019 impala Lt and it wasn't clean there was a dirty fork in the top back seat I showed t and helpful. The service department is awesome took care of my issue although I didn't have reservation but unfortunately parts department was not good at all my key battery was low gave to change lady took key and cam although I didn't have reservation but unfortunately parts department was not good at all my key battery was low gave to change lady took key and came back after 10 minutes and says she don't have flat head small screw drives to open my key cover she says I must open it really such a big dealership she can't find screw driver so service department 100 out of 100 But parts 000 More
