too many i'm sorry rather then doing what was stated do not buy at the end of the month. once the sale was completed the only concern seemed to be was the commission. they did not register my vehicle fo do not buy at the end of the month. once the sale was completed the only concern seemed to be was the commission. they did not register my vehicle for a week and I have to call and ask them to do it then they lost a key and we had to wait I hour for it. something they could have had ready. the sales person stated we do not have to worry about anything, he was going to take good care of us. I had someone looking for documents on our trade in and the sales person had everything. plenty of we will take care of it for you every time I called to remind them to do something. I just noticed that the registration was not registered in both names as we clearly requested. again promises but not done as asked. I have contacted Filippo about correcting this but I do not expect any response. If he does respond I am sure it will become my responsibility to correct what they did wrong. AS FOR THE REGISTRATION, DUE TO THE FACT THE DEALER DID NOT REGISTER MY VEHICLE FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND I HAD TO GO BACK FOR A DEALER PLATE I DEMANDED THE FOLLOWING: THAT THE DEALER COULD MEET ME 1/2 WAY AND COME TO MY LOCATION TO PICK UP THE DEALER PLATE AND DROP OFF THE REGISTRATION. THE SALES PERSON WAS SO DISHONEST BECAUSE HE CALLED AND STATED I NEED TO COME UP AND PICK UP MY REGISTRATION. WHEN I REFUSED TO COME UP THE SALES PERSON THREATENED ME BY STATING HE WOULD NOT PROCESS THE REGISTRATION KNOWING IT WAS ALREADY PROCESSED. I HAVE THIS AS A RECORDED CONSERVATION WITH ALEX NOTIFIED OF IT BEING RECORDED AND APPARENTLY FILIPPO APPROVES OF THIS TYPE OF ACTION if you want a good deal without customer service this may be the dealer for you More

Instrument cluster covered! Kathryn was very helpful when I needed the airbag recall and the instrument cluster replaced on my mustang.
