It was not our fault that the paperwork was not completed until after 5 therefore the registration was not completed. We wanted to only have to come in once. Then it took 2 days for the registration to be completed. When i came in to get the plates the salesman was not available and another associate had to step in which again created a delay. Need to be up front with time frames. More
