When I arrived at Bozart service department I was by greeted Roberto and he was very friendly and professional. I asked him a question why my car tail door would not lock. Good start over the phone with Gabby, basically purchased the car sight unseen, went to dealership the next morning to seal the deal. Were unpleasantly surprised that the price online and in person were quit the car sight unseen, went to dealership the next morning to seal the deal. Were unpleasantly surprised that the price online and in person were quite different. Spent hours hashing it out, finally left 5 hours later with the car. Shaq was noticeably less friendly after we pointed out a couple “mistakes”. Price was adjusted though and we did buy the car. We are left with an unsettled feeling that we were taken, not a warm feeling and we can’t recommend this dealership. Tony was great More

The service I received was very good and timely. I will have a very hard time buying another Chevy truck just because of this. It should have been resolved warranty or not! More
