Good service I had an appointment to have the oil changed on my 2-12 Camery. I was informed that there were some recalls concerning this vehicle. When the appoin I had an appointment to have the oil changed on my 2-12 Camery. I was informed that there were some recalls concerning this vehicle. When the appointment was made, I was told that it would take about 3-4 hours to correct. When I got to the shop for the appointment, everything was wonderful. The people were considerate. I had made arrangements to be gone for 3-4 hours, I was called within 1 hour and was told that the car was finished. GREAT job. More

Excellent service My 10 year old Scion tC had developed a whistling wind noise coming from the moon roof when it was closed and I was driving at highway speeds. I call My 10 year old Scion tC had developed a whistling wind noise coming from the moon roof when it was closed and I was driving at highway speeds. I called into the service department to get a quote for replacing a gasket, assuming that was the problem. I was told that I should come in for an evaluation before ordering any parts, as it could be something else. When I arrived they were able to check-in my car before my appointment time. They determined that the problem was not the gasket, but that the motor on the moon roof was not closing the top tightly. Until I decide to replace the motor, they corrected the problem by tightening the assembly and sent me on my way without any charge and without any wind noise. I expected a charge for diagnosis and labor, but instead was told I was free to go. Of course, I am very please with the way I was treated. More

JD is awesome my new van has been in twice for a noise we have been hearing. Both times your service center could not hear it. Last week when I was driving by, i my new van has been in twice for a noise we have been hearing. Both times your service center could not hear it. Last week when I was driving by, i heard the noise again. I pulled in and asked for someone to ride with me to hear it. I got JD to go with me. he was great! with no appointment he took the ride with me and after hearing it, offered to lift it up and see what was causing it. after about an hour with no luck, he scheduled me an appointment to ring it back... one whole day and still no answer. after the second day with no answer, i was in to pick up my van. as I was leaving I saw JD in the parking lot, he took the time to explain to me what they had and hadnt found. and the plan we were proceeding with form here. I am very grateful for some to take the time to first of all look with no appointment, second explain what was going on and answer all my questions. Thank you JD More
