Great service! The battery on my Tacoma died on me while I was out picking up donated produce for our nonprofit. I was able to get it jump started and called the Toy The battery on my Tacoma died on me while I was out picking up donated produce for our nonprofit. I was able to get it jump started and called the Toyota service department. Since I wasn't able to shut off the truck, they were able to squeeze me in to have the battery replaced within 20 minutes. Within in an hour total, they had me back on the road and delivering the produce. I truly appreciated how they worked me in. More

Needing Tires The service person was very helpful in showing us the various option to replace our tires on our Camry Hybrid. We looked at the various papers we wer The service person was very helpful in showing us the various option to replace our tires on our Camry Hybrid. We looked at the various papers we were given to compare which tire we should have installed. After making our decision, we called to set up a time. When we came to have the four tires replaced, we were told it would take a hour and a half. The work was don in 1 hour 15 minutes. WE were very impressed with the service person who helped us.. More

Services Bought my car at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Still pleased after one& one-half years! Pulled in about 4:30 pm on a Friday for an oil change & tire rotation. Bought my car at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Still pleased after one& one-half years! Pulled in about 4:30 pm on a Friday for an oil change & tire rotation. Even though it was close to closing time, they went ahead and serviced my car. The salesman that sold me the car was there, still recognized me and came over to check to see how I like my car. They completed my service, quickly and efficiently. Great service! More
