I appreciate the reply. No offense, but this sounds like a very canned response. As much as I wanted to buy that car, There isnt much you could do to convince me to buy a car from your dealership at this point. Please feel free to pull my file, my name is Justin Craft and I was there on Thursday night. You may have been there when this happened, not sure. I can tell you that Andres Delgado presented himself as a Manager, when according to your website he is not. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in my life, and, from my research, what your salesmen did with the keys was borderline illegal. . If you want to sell that car, without an invoice that is overcharging me and that states false options on it, such as power seats and the shaker sound system, you have my information at the dealership. If I dont hear back by Tuesday at 9am, I will be reaching out to some of my friends that work at Kens 5. and at ESPN. Just so you know, I actually work at a another TV Network...not a local channel...that reaches 80 million homes and has nearly 2 million Facebook Followers . My good friend is an on air host at ESPN. The salesmen that are employed at your dealership should be a little more selective about who they decide to pull these tactics on. My offer. 16000 for my trade (which was a 2010 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 coupe) and knock another 1000 off the price of The Mustang and deliver it washed and with a full tank and I will come see you personally tomorrow with a check from RBFCU.
