Had 2 recalls taken care of. Fast service. Friendly and helpful personnel. Would have been given it one more star but when I was driving back home I noticed that the tire pressures no longer showed the p helpful personnel. Apparently has to be changed by a dealership and I live close to 2 hours away. Also the clock was stuck on 12:00. Started working the next day but is now about 5 1/2 hours too fast. More
We live 2 hours away in Abilene so I had to drive over and back. JP (Jean-Paul) came in at 8:30 am to give me the lightning walk-around and test drive so I could get back home for a meeting at work. He worked it out so I could do the rest of the paperwork from home, then to top it all off, he offered to deliver our new car to us at our house. I will not recommend this place we bought a car and that same day we were driving back home the stereo screen was flipping out on us and i called right away and they say they would take care of it! When i t same day we were driving back home the stereo screen was flipping out on us and i called right away and they say they would take care of it! When i took it in the owner/manager paul didnt want to fix it or at least pay half to get it fix! He said once i signed he wasn’t responsible for nothing! It was unbelievable and upsetting to have the stereo broken and the manager didn’t even wanna work with us!!! I will not recommend it to no one! rude manager!! Now I’m stuck paying to get it fix and only had a week with my car!! I will say even the sell person couldnt believe what the manager was saying! The seller would apologize! More
