When you came in for your initial service visit for your scheduled maintenance, we found other issues that we could not address that day due to time restraints. We knew you were traveling from East Texas and made you aware of these as a courtesy, however you let us know to order the parts nonetheless. We apologize that a second diagnostic visit to address these issues was not ideal, but want you to know we did everything in our power to come to a solution for your repairs. Thank you for your apology however your miss communication continues. The service guy said on first visit parts would be ordered and he would call. No call received but my husband followed up with a call to schedule the appointment to repair, Much to our surprise no parts were ordered and we were told second visit was a hard diagnostic and first visit was a soft diagnosis…..we had explained were we were coming from on our first visit therefore parts be there for repair. Such minor parts available at Walmart or Amazon my husband has ordered the parts he will fix the issues minor issues that we trusted your dealership with then when I voiced my displeasure I was promptly told I could have my keys and take the car to another dealership! Shame on you !

I didn’t even have one hr With the car and your tell me you had your hands tied!!! Please, im just letting people know what kind of car you sell! Didnt even agree to put half of 1,500 to get it fix! I would understand if you had told me the screen from the radio didn’t work but nope you still wanted me to buy more insurance instead of you fixing it!
