Still waiting for satisfaction I took my still very new F-150 in because the AC didn't work, the windows didn't work, the seat messagers didn't work, the drop down running boards di I took my still very new F-150 in because the AC didn't work, the windows didn't work, the seat messagers didn't work, the drop down running boards didn't work, the navigation didn't work and a few other things. I took it in on Thursday when it was nearly 100 degrees and was told to bring it back Monday morning as they were busy. This is a work vehicle that I drive 8-10 hours a day. They also did not have a truck to loan me. However, they did have truck rental information. After 1 week with my truck they said it's ready, only to get 2 miles away from the dealership to find out the same problems are still occurring. This time they were able to find me a truck to drive until mine is done. I'm sure it will eventually be worked out and run fine, but after paying an arm and a leg for a top of the line truck I'm not sure I made the right decision. I know the service department is trying to fix my truck, but I feel like there is no loyalty for return customers or people trying to run a business. More

Great sales presentation We are a repeat buyer with Reynolds Ford as we purchased a 2005 Escape in fall of 2004. We came to look at the new Escapes as we were in need of a 2nd We are a repeat buyer with Reynolds Ford as we purchased a 2005 Escape in fall of 2004. We came to look at the new Escapes as we were in need of a 2nd car. We ended up purchasing a new Escape. Your sales folks and service department are the main reason we returned. Emily did a great job explaining the all the features of the new Ford Escape. She was very personable and friendly. Shane did a quick job in financing and away we went with a new vehicle. I have been researching vehicles and pricing for over 2 months. I do serious homework before I go near a car dealership. Bodie Turner, Shane Riggle and Reynolds Ford set the standard for how buying a vehicle should be. I would almost liken the experience to simply buying something at Target. No gimmicks and especially NO games!!! Which led to it being a very stress free experience. I would highly encourage anyone beginning their search for their new vehicle to start here. I'm still in shock over what a pleasant and smooth experience it was, and I got an awesome deal!! I had talked with other dealers first and I was always getting the run around and ridiculous responses. I look forward to my continued relationship with this dealership from here on out. The overall experience of buying a car there was very positive, the best car buying experience I have ever had. The employees were very friendly and helpful, especially Shane Riggle, who went above and beyond to help get the best financing deal for me and help to make payments affordable and reasonable. Salespeople James Madden and Betty Taylor were helpful and honest. They did not pressure me to buy and gave me space to make phone calls and discuss with my wife when needed. I ended up keeping them at work well past closing time and did not feel like they were trying to rush me so that they could get out of there and go home. Would definitely buy there again. More
