Great customer service! Our sales person (Trey) was incredibly patient in helping me find a vehicle I loved. I am very indecisive and had the poor guy even drive across town Our sales person (Trey) was incredibly patient in helping me find a vehicle I loved. I am very indecisive and had the poor guy even drive across town to get another vehicle for me to look at, only to buy the first one I looked at on the lot. When I apologized for his trouble, his response was "it's fine. I'm here to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get what you want." Because of his patience and expertise I am now in something I LOVE. And the price good too when I compared the vehicle to like models online! The only hiccup I came across was when I came back into the dealer to have an after-market DVD system put in. There was a miscommunication of the color needed (probably because I have tan interior... I'm assuming black was ordered). Trey and Jasmine (from the after market department) we both very apologetic and offered to tint my windows for free to make up for my trouble of having to reschedule. They really care about customer service here and I'm glad I chose to deal with Reynold's! More
