Am awesome experience I had spent 3 days looking for a SUV to buy. As I had just returned from vacation on Monday, I was not the most pleasant person to be shopping for a I had spent 3 days looking for a SUV to buy. As I had just returned from vacation on Monday, I was not the most pleasant person to be shopping for a car. Some experiences were not what I expected and was disappointed in the Salesperson area many times. However, upon arrival at the Ford dealership we (my son and I) were greeted my Betty Taylor. She listened to what I was interested in looking at and presented information on the car that I did test drive. Multiple areas of this vehicle were explained and demonstrated. Her openness was much appreciated and made the whole experience very comfortable for us. My son was impressed with her ability to answer or seek an answer on any question we had. Multiple services offered by the dealership were presented - which were not given by any other dealership that we visited. She is definitely an asset in my opinion. I am extremely happy with my purchase! More

Easy experience We had a great experience with our salesman Frank. He was not pushy nor did he try to show anything we didn't want. He showed us the cars we wanted and helped us navigate the inventory on the Norman on NW OKC lots without problem. Finance was fast and even stayed late to help close the deal and beat the Oklahoma tax increase. Frank also invited us back the next day for a dealership cookout while our car was prepped for delivery! Nothing like a tasty burger to go with your new car. Reynolds NW OKC also has a great coffee machine. 😃 More
