Cavender Cadillac

I went in for an oil change on my Escalade. Right after which I had oil dripping onto my garage floor. Brought it back a few days later and despite being told it's an old/existing leak (which d Right after which I had oil dripping onto my garage floor. Brought it back a few days later and despite being told it's an old/existing leak (which didn't come up with their multi-point inspection during the oil change), it turns out the mechanic made a mess with spilling oil. No apology or any offer of perhaps a future service discount for the inconvenience of having to take off from work early and spend a total of 3 additional hours for this mistake. Overall the experience was less than delightful. Perhaps I will have a better experience on the next go around with the other Cadillac dealership that's 10 minutes further from my home, as I don't feel comfortable going back to Cavender. More

My 2025 Cadillac xt4 started having a ruff vibration when shifting up and down. I called made an appointment told them to please check the torque converter, and my screen dash was getting super hot. They gave me an electric courtesy car, after I told them multiple times I do not live in an area that accommodates electric cars. Please give me a gas. Well they didn’t even give me the adapter needed to use a charging station so my electric broke down, stranding my daughter and I. I had to pay to have it toed to a location where my husband had to put it in on a personal trailer. ( freaking nightmare) After having my vehicle for a week, My check engine light was not on but the vehicle did the same problem with the technician. But they can’t fix it because it’s not throwing a code. And never checked my dash screen problem😠 seriously a quick google search would tell you the problem. Fix the xxxx car. World class was how they were described to me. Not even close. Will never use them again. More

The process of buying two cars at the same time was stress free and went very smooth. The people there are great especially Natalia our sales lady! Sold us a car stating the original warrenty was still current. We believed in their 100 point vehicle check they said it passed and didn't check over every detail. Found out the second we got home we should have because the sunroof brackets broke. So then we took it to the dealer thinking its okay atleast its still in the 36k warrenty and guess what it wasn't it had expired. So now were not even sure if the extended gm warrenty will hold that we paid 5k extra for. Cavander said tough xxxx and won't speak to us or the dealer about anything now.. looking into legal recourse now for consumer fraud. More
