This was my first experience with a Ford dealer. I was greeted at the door by Dave King in a very friendly and warm manner which immediately put me at ease. The Explorer XLT was what I wanted and I had to get one off the truck that had just come in as the first one I wanted was sold on the computer before I could get my order in. Emory Fuller, salesmanager, immediately told my salesman, Dave King, that a truck was just now coming in and that I should go out and look and see if there was one that I liked. I did and Dave very quickly got it in t he computer and I got my vehicle! The service dept. got my vehicle ready the same day while my wife and I went out for dinner for a couple of hours. Dave promised it would be ready at 4:30 when I got back and it was, with a full tank of gas! Dave took the time to demonstrate all the features with my wife and I.I was not pressured into anything and really appreciate the friendly efficient service in buying a new vehicle. The dealership was very neat and clean and I would not hesitate to recommend Cavalier Ford, in fact I have already recommended it to one of my sons who is in the market for a SUV. More
