. Just go to another dealer. I placed an order for a Bronco which I know was going to take some time to get. When placing my order I was told by a salesmen that I had to place it by a certain date in or Bronco which I know was going to take some time to get. When placing my order I was told by a salesmen that I had to place it by a certain date in order to get a “$1500 cash back” incentive. Not the case. This was false. I then was told my order was placed TWICE and it was not even placed one. This was discovered by the GM at the time (July 2021). I then finally have my order placed and once I get the VIN info the order is wrong?! I then receive a call from a salesperson who called to ask why I cancelled my order because it was on its way, only to be dismissed when explaining the issues I had. This is while they are clearly doing other things because I can hear cars chiming in the background, doors opening and closing, people talking about other cars and etc. Then had the audacity to say “what can we do to make it right?” Not a xxxx thing. This place is mess and unorganized to say the least. Worst experience ever with a Ford product. More
