He knew all about the product (a std bed singlecab F150), and handled the "paperwork" part of the purchase quickly and professionally. I traded in a low-mileage Silverado, and the trade-in offer was right where Black Book said it would be. The finance staff was efficient and made understanding what I was paying for quick & easy. Another salesman (Kendall) had infact just bought an F150 like mine, and it was great talking with him; as they say, ask the man who owns one. I wanted an accessory added to the truck (the factory trailer brake controller), and there was no hassle at all getting this done. More

The two service providers, Susan and Roni, understood that this was our only vehicle due to my husband being disabled, and they made all the arrangements for the warranty work to be done while I had a "loaner." They were incredibly kind and understanding to my husband and listened very carefully to ensure that they understood the problems we were having. I felt such relief knowing that MedVed would totally examine all issues and fix them. And they did! While our vehicle was with them, they called frequently with updates. I have never had such service in the 50 years I have owned vehicles! Most dealerships have abrupt and impatient service providers, and at our previous Ford dealership, I often felt the service staff was either condescending to me as a woman, or let me know that they were VERY busy and providing any personal attention was just not something they could do. More

The buy back was a long process because of Ford Headquarters NOT MedVed Ford. We were frustrated with Ford BUT with Shawn and MedVed Ford on our side everything worked out and we ended up with a new car!
