I gave a 3 star because I was supposed to get the vehicle I bought for 14,600 not sure on exact price but when I ended up going through my paperwork after I got home they sold it to me for 18,000+ minus my d I bought for 14,600 not sure on exact price but when I ended up going through my paperwork after I got home they sold it to me for 18,000+ minus my down payment. I asked several times if the price was going to reduce to the 14,000 mark and was told yes when all the deductions were applied which clearly wasn’t the case. Yes they got me the loan and I’m grateful but now I’m paying with interest over 23,000 which wasn’t what I expected. I was there at 530pm and felt like I was rushed out and had to sign all paperwork because it was almost 9pm closing time. I do appreciate getting the car and the loan, Just would’ve been nice to have the price that was offered and honesty. More

Eric has a good personality, is knowledgeable, and simply knows how to communicate well with his customers. He immediately put me at ease and I was completely comfortable with him throughout the process, which was very important to me. He managed to get me the price I wanted to pay. He got me the answers to questions both before and after my purchase and he went an 'extra mile' for me. I didn't have anyone available to pick up my old car so Eric delivered my old car to my house 15 miles away the next morning. Gary Lang has some nice perks, for example a free loaner car when I bring my CT5 in for service. I would definitely buy from Gary Lang again and will recommend them, especially Eric. More
