They deliberately advertised the wrong price. The manager said the price reflected was if the buyer qualified for all of the rebates. He then gave me a price of $4500 over the MSRP. To top it off, they had a salesman that speaks Spanish call me because they thought I depile be more comfortable communicating in Spanish. They based this solely because of my name. All of my previous communication with the dealer was through email. Bunch of clowns. More

Eric was my first contact by phone as we set up an appointment of a vehicle that we saw online. He was so pleasant and efficient in all aspects of our experience. Eric Loredo explained all the interio appointment of a vehicle that we saw online. He was so pleasant and efficient in all aspects of our experience. Eric Loredo explained all the interior features of the vehicle, took us for a test drive, and then worked up the details explaining all the way through what he was doing. We met with Andrew, one of the managers, who helped both parties come to an agreement, and we purchased a 2023 Terrain Denali. The final person of our experience was the pleasant and efficient finance/final papers person, Ivan. All 3 gentlemen made our experience a pleasant one without any pressure. More
