Simply Professional All The Way! We walked in at Casey Auto Group prepared as to: what kind of mini-van at what price we were willing to pay and of course expected to waste some time We walked in at Casey Auto Group prepared as to: what kind of mini-van at what price we were willing to pay and of course expected to waste some time listening to lengthy sales talk. But Anthony, who greeted us at the door was straight to the point. Less than 10 mins after exchanging info he called CPO Mgr right away who in less than 10 mins also give us car fax and pricing info of the vans and in 20 mins or so, we were test driving. We felt right at the 1st van but what held us was the price since it was way more luxurious than what we needed. Our generic lifestyle just calls for a RELIABLE van and what we need is ALL what we were willing to pay, but the second van which was our original choice was not ideal either. The refreshing thing about this experience was Anthony, who did NOT push nor pressure us with sweet/BS talks whatsoever. He totally respected our need to discuss options and price adjustments. He patiently waited while my husband and I went for a walk and talk and even a longer drive and talk. And during several negotiations (read: haggling) he was NEVER negative about it nor aggressively pushing sales pitch just to get us to into a deal which could get aggravating and sour the whole car buying experience, as we all know it. He simply worked it out with us until he came up with a perfect offer we just couldn't afford to loose. And we walked away extremely HAPPY and SATISFIED with our purchase - 2010 KIA Sedona EX. Car buying is never easy especially when the need for it is totally out of plan. We were involved in an auto accident which totaled our perfect 2009 KIA Sedona LX. It took my hubby a month long research which ended a list of 2 different make vans, 3 dealers in 3 cities - Williamsburg, Suffolk & VA Beach and at least another week as to target date of actual purchasing for our next perfect van. Thanks be to God, we didn't have to go down that list! Anthony made it easy, fast and efficient for us to do just that, found our perfect van in half a day. My hubby was even on time to take our Life Scout teen to his Scout meeting at 7:30 PM! Car buying should be this easy for life is already full of distractions. Thanks Anthony! I had a deplorable credit score and dreaded walking into the dealership where they would see my "dirty laundry" and just how poorly I had handled my finances. I began with the Finance Dept and I am so glad I did! I was treated with dignity and respect and immediately put at ease about my situation. It took less than 24 hours for Carlos to find me a lender. I was able to purchase a vehicle with a manageable payment. I did not have all the choices I wanted but I was able to upgrade from a 2004 to a 2012 vehicle with only 18,000 miles on it! :) I was also assured that my credit would improve with consistent payments on time and if I wanted to trade this vehicle in for the car of my choice in 9-12 months they would be there to work with me!! I am so grateful. I was so relieved. I can't wait to get my vehicle. More
