Even better was having Anthony Pietrusiewicz be the sales person who responded to my inquiry. The complete experience from the time I drove up to the dealer for a test drive and found he had parked the truck out front, to him arranging the truck to be delivered to my house was first class. His knowledge of the Toyota product was second to none. No high pressure sales here as he is both straightforward and sincere. As this was my first experience with Casey I cannot compare him to the rest of the staff but can say if the dealership used Anthony as a standard it would most likely have the best reputation in the region. Ask for him if you're buying a car. More

Absolutely Great Buying Experience We were not planning to buy a new truck when we went to Casey Toyota. We had always owned Nissans vehicles, but after a bad experience with them, we We were not planning to buy a new truck when we went to Casey Toyota. We had always owned Nissans vehicles, but after a bad experience with them, we decided just to "take a look" at the Toyota Tacomas. Kevin Reichert greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to Casey. He offered us something to drink and showed us around the dealership which was spotless and very bright. We told him what we wanted, and he said he didn't have one on the lot, but he could get it for us by tomorrow. Sure enough, the next day he called and Mr. Trevino had picked up the truck for us to see. After looking at it, we decided we didn't like the looks of it as much as we thought because we wanted a little bigger truck. Kevin, again with no reservation, said he could find the exact truck for us again. The truck arrived the next day, and we loved it. It was exactly what we wanted in color, bed size, etc. Kevin helped us through the whole financing part, told us about the warranties and then went over the features in the truck. Not one time was he pushy or aggressive as other sales people we have dealt with in the past have been, He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles at Casey and about how they run as he also worked in their Service Dept. at one time. He has made several follow-up calls to us making sure everything is OK with the truck and that we are happy with it. He treated me as the adult I wanted to be seen as from square one. He also made no attempt to sell me any extras. My council of more experienced adults cautioned me that I would be offered a thousand extra warranties and things of the like - not one of these unnecessary offers came from him. Aside from providing fun and supportive company during my visit, Mr. Kevin gave me a ride home in the nearby hemi'd Challenger in the lot outside. He took care of me from the start and continues to do so now even weeks after the sale.
