I am very pleased with Carver and Zane. I did not print off my loan papers before the link expired and was told I would receive copies in the mail which I have not. Not a good experience. Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I was without the use of the car for two days from the time I discovered the problem. No compensation other than fixing the problem was offered. Very disappointing. Not sure I will ever return for service there if simple maintenance issues can’t be done properly. More
