I recently bought my first vehicle from Carver Toyota of Columbus and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My salesperson Nick was helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Their service department is very friendly and very organized. Chris in their service department took care of replacing two small dashboard knobs that they had ordered and had me in and out quickly. He also checked out my spare tire and the elevator that lowers and raises the spare. He did that for me as a favor. Carver Toyota is definitely worth the drive from Indy! David B. More

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Price increased by over $42 an increase of 35% Inflation is bad but this increase is unbelievable. Paid $160 for a diagnostic procedure on the blind Price increased by over $42 an increase of 35% Inflation is bad but this increase is unbelievable. Paid $160 for a diagnostic procedure on the blind spot monitoring system. Informed that fix would cost $1,944. This is on an automobile with 27K miles. Experienced the same situation with the battery in April of 2022. Corrosion had eaten thru the clamp on the terminal in half. Had to replace the battery with 21K miles. This corrosion should have been caught in routine inspections with the oil changes. Toyota personnel are the only people that have maintained my vehicle. It is extremely difficult to understand how the battery situation and blind spot monitoring occur on a well-maintained low milage vehicle. I have lost all confidence in the entire Toyota organization. I am forced to seek other avenues to maintain my vehicle. More
