Martin and all of the managers I encountered were very friendly, helpful and not "pushy". I was shopping for 2 weeks for a new car and found several that i was ready to purchase but the salesperson was s friendly, helpful and not "pushy". I have been a customer of the Carson Nissan service department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that w department for almost 6 years. I originally took my 2005 2.5SL Altima in for a factory service bullitin repair and while waiting for it I started looking around the lot at the new 2010 Altima's. Now mind you at that time I had really ha service bullitin repair and while waiting for it I started looking around the lot at the new 2010 Altima's. Now mind you at that time I had really had no intention of buying another car. My 2005 only had 34,100 miles and was paid for and was a deluxe model, however, the more I looked the more I liked the newer body style and noted that the 2010 Altima had a wider cabin space compared to my 2005. My salesman Mike Rutherford helped me out both before and after the sale by personally installing the dash mat I ordered and seeing to it that the front and rear floor mats that should have been in the car were ordered and placed in the car. Mike also had my new car washed for me on approximately two to three occasions when I had to visit the dealer concernining the deal. More
