SMOOTHEST PROCESS I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE. HAD IT SHIPPED IN WITH THE PUSH OF A BUTTON. KEPT UP TO DATE VIA TEXT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. MADE 2 TRIPS TO CARMAX (PER MY REQUEST) AND BOTH TRIPS T HAD IT SHIPPED IN WITH THE PUSH OF A BUTTON. KEPT UP TO DATE VIA TEXT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. MADE 2 TRIPS TO CARMAX (PER MY REQUEST) AND BOTH TRIPS TOGETHER TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR. STAFF WAS AMAZING AND LAID BACK AND NOT PUSHY. FINACING WAS SIMPLIEST EVER. This was my first experience with Carmax, and I was very pleased with the entire process. From being able to use the app/website to look for the exact vehicle I wanted and then get emails when matches were pleased with the entire process. My first impression was when upon arriving and after a brief exchange of needed documents, I was handed the keys for a test drive and the associate said, "see ya in 20 minutes."
