The online experience was good, but the process of getting the car was not. They repeatedly missed target dates related to getting the car. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and it took about four hours. The vehicle itself come to find out how a blown head gasket and was sold to me like that. I was given a loaner, which was very nice but no communication has been had between myself and the service department. The service dept. is not great. My car was there for 3 days. Nobody called me to provide status of my car. I called multiple times and got the answering service who sa is not great. I called multiple times and got the answering service who said they are leaving notes in my file but the service dept. never checked the notes. I had to go there in person twice to get an update on my car, both times just to be told my car still hadn’t been looked at. I ended up getting a loner car from service and the car reeked of cigarettes. After my car was there for 3 days they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car and there clearly is an issue. Not looking forward to dealing with the service dept. again. More
