After reading some of the reviews and one star ratings, I understand as I just purchased a vehicle from Carizona. The salesman was nice and they posted the car pictures very nicely on there website. I purchased the car via email and a delivery. 1st it took @ 3 weeks to get the car delivered after I purchased it and the delivery driver got lost. When the vehicle arrived...My salesman told me that they go through a complete inspection on the vehicle >that everything works properly and the vehicle was detailed/cleaned before transport. What he did not tell me that the clearcoat on the vehicle was really bad. The vehicle was filthy on delivery(looks like it was not cleaned at all). None of the interior lights worked, had to replace a fuse and all the bulbs. The engine hood strut was broke, ordered a new one on Amazon($49.00). The license plate lights were burnt out(replaced those). I spent 3 hours just cleaning the interior and noticed they put a cheap black dye on the leather seats. Now I need to purchase after market seat covers. The headlights were so yellow and dirty that I had to do my headlight cleaning trick just to see at night. Now I have only have had this vehicle for two days so I am sure there is more. I explained to the salesman that the presentation of this vehicle on delivery was poorly handled. There was no wow factor at all, guess I expected more from a dealership than a private party. There was no pride on taking care of this car before delivery. What happened when the vehicle went through there inspection and supposed detail cleaning??? Not Sure!! The salesman acting like ,well I was told it was handled. C'mon, know your product and sale a quality product. More

Just don't. They sold me a vehicle that lost power steering/brakes/and gas going 50 mph down the road with my 2 year old son. I Spent almost 33k on a diesel truck and warranty 1 MONTH AGO from this place and I'm now stuck with $7900 in repairs that surprise warranty won't cover plus the $1000 I spent trying to resolve these issues already. I could go on and on about how these people wronged me and others, just read the 1 star reviews it's the same story over and over again. Person buys car that is "thoroughly" inspected by their "mechanics", car has major engine problems and costs customers thousands of extra dollars then Carizona lies and hides from customer until they make them out to be the villian. Karma will indeed catch up to these people. Whole operations been shut down once already. Looking in to legal advice, hopefully others do as well and this place can pay for their sins. Lisa the manager will hide from you and screw your family over, Marisa her receptionist will lie to you for her. Robert the salesman really fits the car salesman stereotype. Will the service manager will hold on to your car for weeks and never actually resolve any of the issues. Like I said just don't. I feel bad for the people with not as stable financial situations. These people are gonna screw over the wrong person some day. More
Bought a cargo van from this dealership, went through 3 different salesman. Non of them knew anything and to top it off (joke) left the tank on empty when I drove away not even offering to fill it when I s different salesman. I bought a great vehicle for a very good price from Carizona. My salesman, Robert Emmons was very nice, helpfull & knowledgeable. All of the staff was very professional and efficient. I was out of there much quicker than other places I had purchased vehicles from in the past. There were no surprises when it came time to sign the papers. Everything money wise was the same at the end of the deal as my salesman told me it would be. I had my vehicle checked over by my mechanic and he said it is in great condition. This is a honist dealership. I would highly recommend Carizona to anyone looking for a used vehicle. As a matter of fact I already have. More

Recently bought a used truck from Carizona. It had some problems I wanted fixed before I actually bought it and they said they fixed it. The issues that were "fixed" came back. One of them was It had some problems I wanted fixed before I actually bought it and they said they fixed it. The issues that were "fixed" came back. One of them was the AC regulator getting stuck. Worked for a few months and then started getting stuck again. The other issue is the main one, all the lights on my dash start flashing and dinging and the guages start going crazy. This problem stopped for a couple months after buying the vehicle and then they came back. Other issues started a few months after buying. The oil pan, oil plug, crank shaft, transmission pan, and transmission valve body all leaking. Vehicle is also blowing smoke out the exhaust. Vehicle no longer shifts correctly and accelerates very slow. Basically I got sold a xxx that should have just gone straight to the junk yard. Save yourself some time, money, and stress and buy from a different dealership. More
So I was very pleased with everything about Carizona until my tires blew 2 days after purchase of 2009 Chevy traverse they sent my wife and kids off the lot with bald inner tires and busted rack and pin until my tires blew 2 days after purchase of 2009 Chevy traverse they sent my wife and kids off the lot with bald inner tires and busted rack and pinion very upset with this place. They also repainted car and never re installed any weather stripping on windshield and roof and had over spray all over the car and rims. I will never do business with them ever again. More
