Every six months there are all new people in the service drive. I never know who I am going to be interacting with. My confidence level that my needs will be met is extremely low because the new people don’ drive. I never know who I am going to be interacting with. My confidence level that my needs will be met is extremely low because the new people don’t know me or care about me or my vehicle. I do business with people I know and trust. With all the costs going up every visit, I have very few reasons to ever have my vehicle serviced there. Finally, the “soft open” feature of the glove box was not working after my cabin air filter was checked and I had to reconnect the tiny shock absorber myself to fix it. I am not used to sloppy repairs like this from your dealership. More

My car guy Bill Hernandez did most of the communication with the dealership staffing. While both Luke and Shea had to be away when I flew in to get my new to me vehicle (it was late in the evening), every with the dealership staffing.
