We purchased a used SUV this past Saturday and everything was going great and we were feeling comfortable with our purchase until we walked into the Finance Manager's office! We were cordially asked how we were and since it was late on a Saturday night before a holiday and having to buy a car out of nessecity (previous car was totaled in a crash)rather than want we told him just that...we were tired and really hadn't planned on having to do this on a holiday weekend! At that point he asked us who "forced" us to come in and do it? We said we needed to because of a 16 year olds mistake that caused the accident. He then looked at our 16 year old son and asked him if he totaled our car! Things progressivly got worse after that and we considered walking away from the deal but we trusted our sales manager and salesman on having found us a vehicle we could trust so we finalized everything. The whole time this man kept blaming us for having "started it". More
Steve in service was very informative concerning the repairs on our '94 Madza. Steve Ross was the service agent that helped me. He was very helpful. He advised me as to what was needed with my car and took care of it in a timely manner. He also had the car washed for me! Chris, the sales manager and the finance manager were all amazing. I can't beleive what a great experience this was. I have always HATED buying a car before, hated the sales pitches and the bargining at th amazing. I can't beleive what a great experience this was. I have always HATED buying a car before, hated the sales pitches and the bargining at the end which is when I would leave and let my husband take over. But this time was so different. After we had taken the car for a test ride and said we really liked it we had to leave for an appointment. I was sure when we told Chris we would have to leave he would arm restle us in to his office and hold our kids hostage until we signed the papers before we left. Instead he just said "no problem we will be here when you get back" I was shocked and very happy. They called while we were gone and my husband told him what our bottom number was, that it had to be that or we just couldn't do it. There was no bartering, no thumb screws or name calling. Instead they just called back and said they could make it work. We went right back to the dealership, sat at the desk and calmly signed the papers while our kids filled up on the free popcorn and drew rainbows on the paper and crayons Chris gave them. I felt like I was in a twilight episode not in a dealership. The finance manager was great and super fast. The sales manager even came out and told us there had been a mistake but they were going to honor the deal they promised us, no questions asked. This was the most incredible and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had and I tell everyone about Chris and the staff at CardinaleWay Mazda. Oh, and I forgot to mention it was thanks to Chris following up and calling my husband that we even went in. We had decided to keep the car we had and weren't going to look anymore but Chris called us and that's how come we went to the dealership in the first place and found our new car which we love. Anyway, I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with this new approach of car salemanship, the professionalism of all the staff and just what a great experience this was. Thanks Chris for being on the ball and changing my previously bad car buying experience to the best one ever. More

I was very specific in what I wanted, in terms of color and features (and of course, price). He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and drove to Tucson to get it for me! Once the vehicle was located, the finance department really took great care of me. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase additional items for this vehicle that I didn't want. Not only do I get great treatment when purchasing, but I also really love their service department. I will continue to have my cars maintained here because they are timely, cost effective and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be a loyal customer. More
It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Chris went above and beyond what we expected. When we picked up our car, the tank was full, which in today's world is worth a small fortune. H had. Chris went above and beyond what we expected. I originally went to get my '06 Mazda 3 serviced. Phillip came over and started talking to me and asking questions about my car. Then he says: "If we could get you in a new car with lower payments today how came over and started talking to me and asking questions about my car. Then he says: "If we could get you in a new car with lower payments today how would like be?". I said sure that would be great! My Mazda 3 was in my Mom's name and I was worried that my credit wouldn't be good enough to finance a car in my name. But Donnie really worked hard to get me a good deal. I ended walking out of the dealership with a 2011 Mazda CX7! Which was really the car I wanted, and I'm only paying a little more per month and with a better interest rate! Everyone was very nice and patient. I will continue to go this dealership to get my new car serviced and for any other car needs. More
