They were able to lower the price of the Jaguar XF I wanted and Andrew got me an interest rate three points less than my bank. It doesn't stop there. They came and picked me up at the airport ! The car was exactly like the pictures and how Lino described it. Lino even told me the things that I might not like about it. This dealer ship is very well run, its not crazy like other dealers. If your looking for a car but cant find it in your state this is the dealer to go to. If they don't have the car you want call them and have them get it for you! Here are the highlights of my experience: 1) Low pressure, honest sales with a fair price - The truck I purchased was advertised with a price that was low retail. When I called and asked if there was any "wiggle room", I was told "we are firm on our prices, and we don't do business that way. " They even told me "we want your business, but please save your time and don't drive down here if you want to buy it lowering than our price. " I really appreciated the honesty and the "fair price business model. " When I got there, it was very low key (even though they stayed way past closing time waiting for me to get there). I didn't feel like a bunch of vultures were circling me! My salesman Doug was great to work with. He told me "I love working for this dealership because I can feel good when I see people on the street that I have sold a car, knowing that they were treated right. " 2) Honest, professional Sales Manager and Finance Manager - Rey, the Sales Manager, was also very low key (nothing I can't stand more than the "guy" coming out to pressure you with a bunch of nonsense). He was very informative about the car market and wasn't trying to pressure me into the sale. He also confirmed that he "feels proud to work for this dealership because he knows people are getting a fair deal." I really enjoyed my conversation with him, as he is a wealth of knowledge about the car market. - Andrew, the Finance Manager, was top notch to deal with as well. He explained the products well (GAP and extended warranty) and tried to get us a better interest rate on our loan. I really appreciated the fact that he was so pleasant when we decided to go with our credit union GAP and extended warranty two days letter. I explained that they could save us a little money, and he said "that is great, we just want you to be happy." He, like the others, took great pride in working for Carsmart.net. 3) Top in its class Service Department - These guys did an amazing job with the lift and spray in bedliner that I had them put on the truck that I purchased. I will definitely be having all my service work done there! Five stars does not do justice for the experience that I had at this dealership. CarSmart offered us an amazing deal on top of the deal we received shopping through a USAA dealership. Andrew laid out our payments and walked us through the warranty options.
