Bought a car from nashville that didnt even last me 24 hours, then when i returned it to the Huntsville location Nashville refused to process the ret Bought a car from nashville that didnt even last me 24 hours, then when i returned it to the Huntsville location Nashville refused to process the return and left me with a loaner car finally at 930pm. Then when i returned the next day to get a new car that was all but signed for the night before they did the paperwork wrong and i ended up being in Carmax for a total of 11 hours over 3 days. I got a car but will never set foot in another Carmax. Honestly absolute trash. More

My experience at first was terrible, I was given the run around.They kept telling me my car would be in on certain days and it wasn’t.
