Second time I have used the dealership. Treated well by staff. Much of the initial information can be accessed and used prior to coming into the business shortening the time at the site. I did a test drive of a 4WD and since the location of the dealership was adjacent to some countryside I was able to test the 4WD as well. Entire at site process took about 2 1/2 hours. Our helper was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, especially when determining the right setup for the extended warranty. The vehicle was as advertised and is performing nicely. The detailing done prior to sale was particularly good. Very satisfied with both product and the sales experience. More

Just wanted to share my experience with CarMax. I got a 2021 Kia Forte from them and I honestly love my car. The buying process was super smooth and the staff was really nice and helpful.
