We initially went to the CarMax in Columbia, SC on May 16, to look at this truck and planned to purchase it that day. This is a 2-hour drive each way. The Columbia dealer could not find the keys after s 16, to look at this truck and planned to purchase it that day. This is a 2-hour drive each way. The Columbia dealer could not find the keys after searching for 3 hours, so we went back to Charleston without even being able to see the inside of the truck. The truck got shipped to Charleston 7 days later, after the Columbia dealer had a new key made. On May 24, we test drove the truck at the Charleston CarMax and purchased it that day. It only had the one key, and we wanted a complete set of two OEM keys as part of the purchase, since this was shown in the listing. We were assured by the Charleston dealer that they would get the additional key for us the following week and contact us. A week and a half later, having heard nothing, I talked with someone at the 843-766-2155 number who said I would get a call back concerning the key. After nearing nothing, we went by the dealer the next day only to find nothing had been done. After some discussion, the manager told us CarMax would cover the cost of the key if we went to the Toyota dealership to get it. This did happen, and we picked up our OEM key from Toyota the next day, after taking time off from work to do so. More

The car was supposed to have been checked out before we were called to see it.
