I was extremely skeptical at first, but started visitng my local CarMax to look for a new car. Checking out cars was fun and most of them were unlocked so I could just get inside and check them out. If I wanted to test drive one, all they needed was my driver's license and a copy of my insurance, they'd pull the car up, and then hand me the keys for a solo test drive. All the staff was super friendly and easy going. I'm impressed with this business model and will surely be coming back. Also, searching for, finding a car, having it shipped to your local CarMax was a crazy easy experience. There's a ton of cars online for you to shop through which made finding exactly what I wanted easy. Prices were fair, in my opinion, compared to other dealerships. Thank you, CarMax! More

They stood by the warranty of 90 days due to a faulty transmission. 30 days now only warranty which is not enough time for a large price purchase in my opinion. Carmax has only sold me cars with multiple issues claiming there isn’t an issue. Returned car got another car and it also had issues unsafe to drive.
